Every individual has different hair density, scalp condition, lifestyle, maintenance routine, and expectations. Therefore, appearance, comfort, durability, and longevity of hair systems may vary. Hair Art Studio does not guarantee identical results for every customer.

7. Maintenance Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following the recommended cleaning, maintenance, servicing, and aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may affect the performance or lifespan of the hair system.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Customized products and personalized hair systems are generally non-refundable once production or customization has started, unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written policy.
